IMI Celebrates 10 Years as Publicly Listed Company

February 17, 2020, Taguig, Philippines — Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc., (IMI) a global technology and manufacturing solutions experts, celebrated its 10th listing anniversary with the traditional bell ringing ceremony held this morning at the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). 

“IMI is the most global company within the Ayala group, competing regularly with some of the world’s most recognized names in its fast-moving, constantly evolving electronics manufacturing space. Amid the macro and competitive backdrop of the past decade, the company has grown and transformed itself significantly,” said Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala, AC Group’s chairman of the board in his message. He also thanked the PSE, Securities and Exchange Commission, the company’s trading participants, and the investing public for their trust and support. 

 “The company’s strategic moves have not only kept the company relevant but also solidified the company’s global leadership. We share your commitment and will continue to do our part toward the development of the capital markets and their role in accelerating the growth of the Philippine enterprise,” Zobel de Ayala asserted.

“With technology as an integral part of our lives, we are pleased to see a Filipino company with a global reach providing solutions to businesses in the fields of industrial electronics, automotive, aerospace engineering, telecommunication, medical electronics and renewable energy,” said Jose Pardo, PSE Chairman during his remarks. 

Present during the ceremony were members of the board and top management of IMI, as well as top management from AC Industrials and the PSE board.
