IMI Completes Acquisition of EPIQ Subsidiaries in Europe and Mexico

Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. completed on July 29, 2011 the acquisition of four subsidiaries of EPIQ NV (“EPIQ”) in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, and Mexico.
